Orders are usually despatched within two working days of order. This is to allow time for your crystals to be packaged well for a safe arrival.

All orders under 10kg are sent via An Post Recorded Delivery.

Ireland Shipping Costs

Small / Medium Parcels up to 2kg – €6.90

Available shipping methods for your order will be calculated and shown at checkout.

International Shipping

Small / Medium Parcels up to 2kg – €36.50

Shipping prices are displayed at checkout and are calculated according to the weight of your package and your location.

Shipping times may vary based on your location, but please allow up to 14 working days.

Please note that you are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost deliveries if the shipping address provided is incorrect.

Damaged items should be taken up with the shipping company directly. Once the item has been shipped its out of our control. We will endeavour to help you through the process as much as we can.
