Autumn Rest Wellness Evening (sold out !)

Reset and restore the mind, body and spirit surrounded by nature and birdsong.
The evenings flow will include –

– Embracing the Autumn Equinox Energy using crystals and Becky will guide you on how to create your own manifesting jar.

– Breathwork and yoga practice with Catherine (accessible for all levels, ages and stages of pregnancy, unless otherwise stated by your doctor, of course, please let us know if you are expecting ) If you do not want to participate in yoga you can just relax and lie down in your own leisure.

– Crystal placement and hands on healing.

– Healing through sound

– Guided meditation and group Rahanni healing with Alisha and Becky

– Closing ceremony tarot cards, grounding and connecting to magical earth, tree and source energy.

Through movement, breath work, energy of ethereal crystals and sound we will cocoon you in soothing, beautiful, yet hugely powerful healing, allowing you to experience your multi-dimensional self, balance, realign and bring your mental, physical, emotional bodies, back into a state of balance and harmony. ✨

Please remember to bring your own mat, blanket, and cushions for your comfort. Also we would love it if you would like to bring your own crystals or something special to you so you can charge energy. Eabha Crystals will also have our pop up crystal shop on the night.

Cancellation Policy: Please note that all tickets for this event are non-refundable. Once purchased, they cannot be cancelled or returned for a refund. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. As we have reserved limited places, each person plays a critical role in making this event successful.

You can however transfer your ticket to another person. If you wish to transfer your ticket, please contact us with the name and email of the person you would like to change it to within 24 hours of the start of the event.
