No refunds, store credit only.

Exchanges are accepted – buyer is responsible for return shipping fee.

Cancellations are only accepted before products have been shipped.

Damaged items should be taken up with the shipping company directly. Once the item has been shipped its out of our control. We will endeavour to help you through the process as much as we can.

We are not responsible for the custom fees; they are to be paid for by the buyer/receiver.

 Eabha Crystals uses the information we collect about you to process orders and provide a better service. We never sell or disclose any customer information to third parties and we do not store your credit card details. We send emails from time to time with product news and events but if you’re not happy receiving them, let us know and we’ll remove you from our mailing list.
